From 16 to 23 March 2024, in the framework of the Erasmus+ programme, a Training Course entitled "Well-Being Agenda" took place in  Mănăstirea Humorului of Romania, with the participation of people from different countries of the world, with different cultural backgrounds. The Training Course was organized by Arvis Solutions. The participants of the Greek group report:

"This project was of significant cultural interest as young people from Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Malta, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Ukraine, Spain and Romania participated . Hugge, Pono, Ubuntu, Wabi-sabi around the general concept of wellness for mental health.

During the first days of the Training Course we had the opportunity to work with excellent professionals in the field of mental health. Through multicultural group activities and individual Quizzes about mental health we learned more about each other and ourselves. It is worth noting that the atmosphere was very supportive to anyone who decided to tell a personal story, which quickly made us feel comfortable. Over the next few days as part of "Hugge" we all put our personal touches on the decoration of our space and created a warm environment full of beautiful messages and images. At the same time we all worked together and cooked a wonderful meal together. We cannot fail to mention the games we played, in which the common good always prevailed, and the theatrical attempts based on "Ubuntu", which were great fun.

Our favourite day was dedicated to the philosophy of "Pono" and included a trip to the mountains and a visit to a local museum and monastery. The interaction with nature and the particularly beautiful snowy landscape pleasantly surprised us. During all the activities we divided into groups and created a blog , a pamphlet and a film. In our last activity, within the framework of "wabi-sabi", we visited the local library and talked to students exchanging opinions, concerns and information about the course topic and Erasmus+ in general. Finally, we would like to mention that we are grateful for the opportunity to participate in this project. We came back full of beautiful memories, new friendships and plans for future meetings".
